So. . . doesn't apply to dealing with criminal factions in Gaza. Here's an idea. Why don't you list out all the laws in Saskatchewan that don't apply to dealing with criminal factions in Gaza. Not here.
So why would you suggest Saskatchewan?

Does that $2 slice come with a can of Coke?

And that’s the only ones they’re killing, judge and jury and executioner rolled into one on a street level (literally on the street level)? Not their competition? No way no how absolutely? It’s all Bibi’s fault? No doubt whatever?
Oh, it's just like everything bad that happens in the U.S. is Trump's fault. He's responsible for EVERYTHING bad that happens in the world along with Israel. I guess it's simply easier to believe that rather than what is actually happening in the world. Blame someone other than those who are creating the chaos.

Stop being anti-semitic, Trump approves of what is being done with Bibi's ISIS hires.

UNRWA its now like this (from the NYD):

Palestinian humanitarians: Provide support to the Palestinian Red Crescent, as
well as the Palestinian health and humanitarian personnel. Support the United
Nations and its specialized agencies, including UNRWA, in coordinating and
delivering the humanitarian response through a range of humanitarian partners,
and ensure safety of all workers involved and act to counter mis- and
disinformation campaigns and attacks against the UN, including UNRWA,
health workers and humanitarians.

Humanitarian funding: Continue to provide humanitarian fund, including
through flexible multi-year funding, to enable an agile response in line with UN
requests, including UNRWA.

Reversing UNRWA ban: Launch a unified diplomatic campaign involving key
players to pressure Israel to repeal its legislation against UNRWA and take
measures in case of continued refusal.

Upholding UN privileges and immunities: Uphold Israel’s legal obligation,
under the UN Charter, relevant GA resolutions and The Convention on the
Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations, to protect and facilitate the
work of UN agencies, including UNRWA, and allowing them to deliver on their
mandate and respect their privileges and immunities.

Increased funding to UNRWA: Stabilize UNRWA’s financial situation by
increasing financial support to UNRWA, recognizing its critical role in
delivering state-like basic services for Palestine refugees and in emergency
situations, with calls for more donors to support UNRWA’s activities to diversify
funding streams and by urging partners to reverse funding suspensions as a
practical step toward Gaza’s reconstruction and stability and by implementing
recommendations contained in the SG report A/71/849 of 2017.

Implementation of Colonna report’s recommendations: Support UNRWA’s
implementation of the Colonna Report’s recommendations.

UN's top court says Israel obliged to allow UN aid into Gaza

David Gritten

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has said Israel is obliged to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip by the United Nations and its entities to ensure the basic needs of the Palestinian civilians are met.

An advisory opinion from the UN's top court also said Israel had not substantiated its allegations that the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (Unrwa) lacked neutrality or that a significant number of its staff were members of Hamas or other armed groups. Unrwa has denied the claims.

Israel rejected the opinion as "political" and insisted it would not co-operate with Unrwa.

The opinion is non-binding, but it carries significant moral and diplomatic weight.

The UN General Assembly asked the ICJ in December for an opinion on Israel's legal obligations towards UN agencies and international organisations operating in the occupied West Bank and Gaza.

It came after the Israeli parliament passed laws banning any activity by Unrwa on Israeli territory and contact with Israeli officials.

The ICJ was asked to also cover in its opinion Israel's duty to allow the unhindered delivery of essential supplies to Palestinian civilians.

Israel tightened its blockade on Gaza after the start of its war with Hamas two years ago and has since restricted - and at times completely stopped - the entry of food and other aid for the 2.1 million population.

Before this month's ceasefire deal took effect, UN-backed global experts had estimated that more than 640,000 people were facing catastrophic levels of food insecurity and that there was an "entirely man-made" famine in Gaza City.

Israel rejected the famine declaration, insisting it was allowing in sufficient food.

The ICJ's advisory opinion was "entirely predictable from the outset regarding Unrwa", the Israeli foreign ministry said on Wednesday.

"This is yet another political attempt to impose political measures against Israel under the guise of 'international law,'" it added.

Unrwa's acting Gaza director, Sam Rose, told the BBC that the agency welcomed the ICJ's opinion because it "underscores the obligations of Israel under international law".

"The ruling of today says that Israel's laws against Unrwa have gone against those obligations, as have its actions on the ground," he said.

Advisory opinion. Non-binding on Gaza, Hamas, Israel, or Bobby McGee.

I guess if it would make you feel better, we could all pretend this is something more than a waste of paper.

And you're falling for the lies that have been proven false. I don't know where your sources are coming from; mine are not only from Israel but from Gaza as well. There are videos etc., if you care to look for them!!

And that’s why US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and former US Navy rear admiral Mark Montgomery are such big fans of UNRWA then, as they couldn’t possibly have more accurate or current information that what us average Joes are able to come up with.

Israel, with 20% of population of its citizens being Muslim, had the singular goal of starving Gaza…so it’s been pointing out the connections between UNRWA and Hamas for…for how long now? A decade? Almost two decades? That’s really playing the long game.

Was anything Israel claimed true? If you claim something of that scale leading aid being cut for weeks but don't provide evidence....its a lie.

Where was the evidence? Why wasnt it provided?

Don't be pissed at me you bought into lies AGAIN.
