The only thing Joanne is an expert on now - outside of her racism and bigotry - is her obsession with trans people.
And apparently she believes Trans people 'magically' appear or something.

This is true. I once knew an anorexic. She was already on the slim side, before she got sick. Started doing the binge-purge thing. Finally got some professional help. Lost track of her over the years.
Poor thing. Being that fat is tragic. Probably still around but everytime in view she was standing sideways.
It is strange. Then you find many people that are clearly obese, and don't care, don't do anything to control their weight.
And thats why anorexics need gastric bypasses at age 12 to affirm they are fat.
