(and a couple others indirectly)

Russia, China, North Korea, Belarus and Iran.

Then there are other smaller players...Cuba, Venezuela UAE etc.
That’s a list and not a definition, but these are all allies of Iran, aren’t they?

No idea where Canada stands, but opposing those above currently are Ukraine, America, Israel, Poland & some others in the EU, etc…

Perhaps in all fairness, ironically (or Iranically in this case) the dictatorships should define themselves, & their proxies can decide in a vote (😳) if they want to be included in the definition by raising their right hands?

(Hezbollah can be excused from this vote)

Yes internally over their domain. Collective efforts of several nations don't fit that definition.

Since the Islamic Revolution in 1979, Iran's official position has been to not recognize the State of Israel, often employing pejorative terminology in its rhetoric, with Iranian officials and state-controlled media frequently refer to Israel as the "Zionist regime" and "Occupied Palestine".
1726976302642.jpegThe use of the term "Zionist rigime" instead of "State of Israel" in Iranian discourse implies that Israel is not a legitimate sovereign state but rather an oppressive regime. The people of Israel are often labeled not as Israelis but as “Zionists", furthering the narrative of illegitimacy.
1726980448604.jpegFor example: “Ali Baqeri Kani emphasized the need for Islamic nations to adopt a unified stance, develop coherent policies, and take practical steps to counter the threats posed by the Zionist regime. In his remarks, Baqeri Kani highlighted the grave consequences of Israel's actions over the past ten months, pointing to the killing of innocent and unarmed civilians with advanced U.S. weaponry.” In response to?? & no mention of Iranian Proxies Hamas & Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah and Houthis?? Or their actions?? How very queer??
Such rhetoric has been consistent in Iranian media, especially in English-language publications targeting international audiences. Delegitimization is seen by some observers to be a double standard which separates Israel from other legitimate nations which have imperfect government.
Dore Gold, President of the Israeli think tank Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (JCPA), believes there is a "campaign to delegitimize Israel" based on three themes: a "denial of Israel's right to security", "portrayal of Israel as a criminal state", and "denial of Jewish history".

Elhanan Yakira, professor of philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, also considers portrayal of Israel as "criminal" and denial of Jewish history, specifically the Holocaust, to be key to a delegitimizing narrative.

Alan Dershowitz believes that other standard lines of argument include claims of Israel's "colonial" nature, a belief that statehood was not granted "legally", the apartheid analogy, and the necessity of a one-state solution. According to Irwin Cotler, the lopsided number of anti-Israel resolutions passed by the UN is an example of delegitimization.
1726976240138.jpegAs of 2022, 28 of the 193 UN member states do not recognize Israeli sovereignty; the Muslim world accounts for 25 of the 28 non-recognizing countries, with Cuba, North Korea, and Venezuela representing the remainder.

Iran stands as the foremost state sponsor of terrorism, providing billions of dollars in financial, logistical and intelligence support to murderous organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah. These groups in turn, perpetrate violence and destabilize the region. Additionally, the Iranian regime openly advocates for the ethnic cleansing and genocide of the Jewish population in Israel.

And somebody else's land before Judaism was invented.
Before Israel, there was a British mandate, not a Palestinian state.

Before the British Mandate, there was the Ottoman Empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Ottoman Empire, there was the Islamic state of the Mamluks of Egypt, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Islamic state of the Mamluks of Egypt, there was the Ayubid Arab-Kurdish Empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Ayubid Empire, there was the Frankish and Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Kingdom of Jerusalem, there was the Umayyad and Fatimid empires, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Umayyad and Fatimid empires, there was the Byzantine empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Byzantine Empire, there were the Sassanids, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Sassanid Empire, there was the Byzantine Empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Byzantine Empire, there was the Roman Empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Roman Empire, there was the Hasmonean state, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Hasmonean state, there was the Seleucid, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Seleucid empire, there was the empire of Alexander the Great, not a Palestinian state.

Before the empire of Alexander the Great, there was the Persian empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Persian Empire, there was the Babylonian Empire, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Babylonian Empire, there were the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, not a Palestinian state.

Before the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, there was the Kingdom of Israel, not a Palestinian state.

Before the kingdom of Israel, there was the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, not a Palestinian state.

Before the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, there was an agglomeration of independent Canaanite city-kingdoms, not a Palestinian state.

Before the agglomeration of independent Canaanite city-kingdoms, it’s someone else’s turn to hunt backwards from that point, but it probably wasn’t a Palestinian state.

What's your point? Are you saying that because there was no Palestinian state in the past, there's no right to one now? I could make the same argument about Canada.

My point is that that junk, sorry…chunk of ground is a hot potato, & it’s “ownership” has changed often, and will probably change often again in the future if history is any indicator of potential future events.

I would take your army with you just in case, as in pretty much all of the examples above, but it’s Yukon, NWT and Nunavut so it might be years before anybody notices you’re even there….& by that point you might have squatters rights??
Who will notice? They aren't human, they're just part of nature.

I’m saying bodies are thin on the ground up there in people/square kilometre. It’s your prerogative to desire if the few people up there are human or not I guess.
God gave it to me. I'll just round up the non-humans and only let them out of their cage to work building my empire for 12hrs a day.
