Oh it was a total 'gotcha' question back to that new SCOTUS nominee not wanting to define woman.
The fact they thought it was somehow not obvious is pretty sad though.

But men can get pregnant according to the ALT-left narrative. So pregnancy clearly isn't the deciding factor in determining womanhood now is it.

Do you understand that "in this case" means that one is referring to this case, and by simple logic that you apparently can't follow, excluding other cases?
The most I could say is "It appears to be a man, of part-Asian ancestry with a large, protruding belly."
If you were to tell me with some facts to back you up that it's not a man, that it's not part-Asian by ancestry, and/or that the large abdominal protrusion is artificial, or cancerous, or just an unusual beer gut, I wouldn't argue the point. Hell, I wouldn't argue the point even if your "facts" were false or non-existent, because I don't play simpleminded gotcha games with hard-done-by morons.

Well when I was in high school being GLBTQ+ was still 'a thing' and not much study was put into the science of it, so questions about gender weren't part of the curriculum.

Biology was offered as much as chemistry, environmental science, physics..., sex ed was part of health class where us good boys and girls learned about the parts AND their real names, and what they did!

Thankfully I got educated after high school. Seems some decided that High School is where their education was to remain in some things. So no, not confused about gender unlike some
