TurdOWE didn't freeze any terrorist's funds. He is mostly on ecoterrorists side. The funds he froze belonged to law abiding taxpayers exercising their charter rights of peaceful assembly or other tax payers supporting a legal and safe protest against a dicktator with paid for media.
