I get my info from a variety of sources to get get a rounded variety of bias to form my own opinions, & that’s why I found this forum many moons ago as another source of information.

I came to my own conclusion that Trump was Wacky-Doodle….but American did well under him for the most part…from the outside looking in. USMCA? That’s Whack-Job bullshit for NAFTA and he fucked over everyone else to American advantage with no obvious conscience or guilt, and that should be recognized regardless of your political stripe.

I originally came here to see the spin of the days news , ended up defending George Bush because he was a moron whose father bought him the presidency . I found it revealing that this was being said with a straight face when he was running against a man funded by his wife’s father . Of course that was never mentioned .
Funny after eight years of Bush being attacked almost daily in our Canadian press we got a worthy president and the attacks stopped Canada loved America again . Funny how all that changed the moment Trump won the Republican primary . He is the only politician I have seen that tried to do what he campaigned on . But three years of Russian collusion lies kind of handcuffed his term . Everyday a new bombshell that finally found the smoking gun , all to fizzle out .

The most depressing thing about the 2000 election was that both parties had a man who had made something of himself by his own efforts (McCain and Bradley), and both chose the born-to-the-purple sons of multigenerational political families (Bush and Gore).

He was negotiating for America as Trudeau , Freeland and their negotiators were for Canada . Any agreement is on Canada . Why would the leader of any country not get as much advantage as possible for his/her country ?
