I wonder if this is the time to start talking about the 1,600 troops we had to send into Ontario and Quebec to staff old folks homes because of the Third World standard of healthcare?

55 of the soldiers contacted covid-19 in the inhuman conditions they had to work in.

Ontario and Quebec have to answer for it, but they won't, because all the politicians want to do is get those people to vote for them and explaining to them what a bunch of worthless assholes they all are doesn't work.

It just wasnt Austrian Jews that hated the Nazi's. I knew a wonderful woman who lost her husband and 2 of her 3 sons to the nazi's when they were forcibly conscripted into the nazi army. Only one son survived after deserting and turning himself into the Canadians.

As an aside, he told us the reason for hiding and waiting for a canadian unit was because he had heard stories about how the Russians, americans, and Brits treated prisoners of war compared to the Canadians.

He was one of my dads best friends when I was growing up, so much so that we called him uncle and his mother Oma.

Even soldiers of German nationality were surrendering to the Canadian army!
We had a prisoner of war camp here in Kapuskasing and in my first years working at the mill 20 some years after the war ended I met one of them before he retired from the mill, and he told me that as soon as they would see a Canadian soldier they would drop their rifles and surrender.

Absolutely, going skiing and enjoying the great out doors in themselves doesn't enable the virus. I do lots of activities outdoors with no ill effects while still following her advice. Anyone who faults Bonnie Henry is an idiot!

Really does she give you any useful information ? What is the percentage of positive cases requiring hospitalization ? What age demographic are most likely to test positive ? Where are the outbreaks occurring and are they confined to those areas ?
She must have all this information readily at hand , why do we not hear ?

There have been less then 200 deaths in B.C. the majority seem to be seniors in assisted living and some under equipped medical personnel, where is the panda in this epidemic?

America has given up on covid19. It's too hard for them.

So the border is going to remain closed for the foreseeable future. This would be the opportune time to start all that expanding our economic ties with the rest of world thing that Canadians are always talking about.

We could start with China who ironically (?) have managed to handle the epidemic successfully while America has not.

Let' start shipping all that bitumen they don't want over to them.
