I'll take that question as rhetorical, seeing as you're so familiar with the closet I'm sure you'd know if I was in it.
It is not supposed to be deadly. It is a life lesson they can sit around and think about for as long as they live.Also a good example to others of their ilk.
Neither is kneeling on a man's neck. The Minneapolis PD lists it as a "non-lethal technique."
Here's a hint. Whether or not something is "deadly force" at law is not really related to whether or not somebody died.

Oddly, I AM Latinx, being as they're exactly what I am, hybrid European/Native. But they won't let me in because I don't speak Spanish, beyond some border slang and a few curses.

Well I was referring to Antifa but hey, I happen to agree with you - white supremacists are just as bad as Antifa - the only difference is they're more likely to get arrested - Antifa not so much! They pretty much get away with everything. White Supremacists are quite vocal about who they are (thugs) but Antifa hides behind ski masks etc., and are just as violent. But in N. America one is considered bad and the other "protesters" when in fact they are both exactly the same.
Antifa supposedly are anti fascists who are actually fascist themselves while accusing everyone else of being fascistic. How's that for irony.
