Who was it that said it and when, that construction would start in 30 days and all contractors, equipment and materials should be in place at that time. How long ago was that now? Is this the type of bull shit that will continue after the election?

You are missing the whole point of my post put forth at a time when D.N.A. would preclude many of the pitfalls of the dark ages. Even at that what happened then should NEVER have happened. I reliable witness with standing in the community was disqualified. We are slowly or maybe quickly approaching the time when we won't be able to keep everyone on the planet alive. A "pecking order" will probably have to be established soon. Ordinarily I wouldn't want to be the one who has to decide on that order, but in the early going I wouldn't have a problem. People who kill children would be near the top of the list, and I'd gladly "pull the trigger". Don't get me wrong , this could only happen after "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt has been established" and every step of the trial procedure has been checked. WTF should we have to lay out $million over the course of a lifetime to keep there reprobates alive. Politicians might be second or third on the list.
