What is with you people? This is the text of the First Amendment:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Got it? That means CONGRESS, and by later judicial extension, GOVERNMENTS, cannot make laws that abridge the freedom of speech.

Not terribly surprising considering the Constitution is a document establishing a GOVERNMENT.

The Constitution does not say what private parties can or cannot do. A private employer may fire you because she doesn't like your speech. A private landowner can kick you off because he doesn't like your speech. Any private person or party can refuse to do business with you because they don't like your speech.

All the First Amendment says, and all it was ever intended to say, is that GOVERNMENTS, Federal, state, and local, may not punish you for your speech.

Do you have proof of this? Can you provide even a post I made to support your claim? I can provide many of your posts that show your racism and bigotry
