You don't want your country to be in the EU. That's no different from what Brexiteers believe, you dope. I find it very odd that you attack Brexiteers when you share the exact same beliefs.

If you're gonna quote me, jackass, use the entire quote.

I said "I can't say what I would be, had my country been part of the EU, but then decided to leave it." Because Canada isn't part of the EU, and I don't know if I would be like, because that situation is not something I need to experience.

I don't know WHAT my thoughts would be if I was in a country as part of the EU, then decided to leave it.

The only dope, then, in this is what you are saying. Unless you're saying that Breixiteers don't know really what they want either, in which case I think that's a valid point. But share the same beliefs? HA, no, "we" don't.

Neither does Britain.

That's your opinion and yes, many voted the same, many voted to stay. I'd say that actually the Brits don't know WHAT they want. But now they're stuck with leaving the EU. I'll be glad when it's over so you exiters can STFU about it though.

But really, your equivalency argument between Canada being in the EU and Britain is, again, stupid as the two countries are not the same and you really need to get over it.

Northern Ontario,
Montreal? I was born here. I'm a naturalized Canadian.
If you were born in Canada, you are automatically a citizen, unless you parents were British diplomats.....non?
Citizenship refers to the legal citizenship status of a person. Canadian citizenship can be obtained by birth or by naturalization. Naturalization is the process through which immigrants acquire Canadian citizenship

A co-worker of mine was born in the U.S. to Canadian parents who were at the time working in the U.S.
The paperwork necessary to get his C.P.P & O.A.S. was something else!

If anyone doesn't know, it's you. You didn't read my post properly. But, as many are well aware, that's not too surprising.
As for you, what do YOU think about the USA maybe one day joining the EU? I suppose you'd like that, being a big EU fan. I can imagine you at rallies calling for the USA to be a member state.
So when you do hope the USA's accession to the EU will happen?
I'm still waiting for Mr Petros to give me his ideas on Canada's joining of the EU.
Maybe, and this is what I suspect, I have the equivalent of a Canadian and American Brexiteer on my hands. Either that, or you wish your countries to join the EU.
We are the EU, lager lout.

Thirteen sovereign states formed a union to handle interstate commerce and a common foreign policy, and provide a navy. Over time other states joined, and the central government grew stronger.

Sound familiar?

Have you cast your vote for BoreJo in your perfect democracy yet?

In fact, I think it worse that you don't want your country in the EU than a Brexiteer doesn't want Britain in it. Because Brexiteers know what it's like being in it and you don't.

That's why you shouldn't attack Brexiteers. It's like attacking people for saying they found Thai delicacy fried fruit bats to be awful when you yourself have never tried it and don't even want to.

I've not voted for Boris. I'm a member of the Brexit Party.

Don't be silly.

Why would you want to compare your country to a vile undemocratic empire like the EU? Britain is a union too, don't forget, yet I wouldn't dream of comparing it to that vile regime.
