No, I mean literally. The woman's mouth is huge.
The picture reminds me of a viper, who can unhinge its lower jaw to consume its prey, after it has paralyzed it with its venom.
Some vipers can, some can't. Many snakes that are not vipers can.
Of course, you know nothing about vipers. You don't even know what group of snakes are vipers. You just use the term because you hate her.
And of course, she lacks the most distinctive feature of a viper's mouth: fangs.
