Give 'er Good luck after especially after Mueller walked back much of his speech now
Don't think Mueller walked back anything........ as that would be allover the media.

Trump went on another psychotic rant directing his toxicity at Mueller now.........with a series of lies...........as usual.

Trump does not seem to comprehend what Mueller said. and just goes into his vile knee jerk reactions. Too dumb to even be amusing anymore.

The four laws of life:

1. Never eat at a place called "Mom's."

2. Never play cards with a man named after a city.

3. Never stick your dick in crazy.

4. Never impeach if you can't convict. Just ask Newt Gingrinch.

This just popped up

DOJ, Mueller’s Office Release Joint Statement Clarifying Mueller’s Comments

Kerri Kupec, spokeswoman for the Department of Justice and Peter Carr, spokesman for the Special Counsel's Office, released the following statement:
The Attorney General has previously stated that the Special Counsel repeatedly affirmed that he was not saying that, but for the OLC opinion, he would have found the President obstructed justice. The Special Counsel's report and his statement today made clear that the office concluded it would not reach a determination - one way or the other - about whether the President committed a crime. There is no conflict between these statements.

Daily wire for now take it for what it's worth

Impeach or suffer the consequences.
Impeach for what you dolt?

Let's look at Mueller's press conference the other day where he decided to speak for the report he proclaimed spoke for itself when it was publicly released 6 weeks ago. He didn't want to expound on the guilt or innocence of the Russians who were named in the leaks because they hadn't been charged yet. But after 2 years, $35 million, 500 witnesses and 2800 subpoenas that turned up bupkis in even remotely proving collusion, Mueller is still inferring that Trump is guilty on all counts despite not a single charge being levied. "Just because we haven't found dick doesn't mean he's not guilty."

One of the basic tenets of the American Constitution is the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. Mueller sure seemed to take that track when it came to the Russians involved in their leaks, but when it comes to the American President, he's been presumed guilty until proven innocent since day 1. But you don't care. Useless pieces of leftist trash like you approve of stomping all over the Constitutional rights of those you oppose.

Just like Team Groper did with Admiral Mark Norman, a man you know f*ck all about but decided to personally attack him anyway because you're a good little Groper sycophant. All because Team Groper wanted to help Irving, a major Liberal backer with an inside connection, avoid an 18 month layoff. I guess the workers at Davie were just supposed to go f*ck themselves?

Yeah, you're a great judge of moral and ethical behaviour, not.

Ah, another Constitutional scholar! So, do tell us, Professor, where this basic tenet is found in the Constitution.

(That should keep him busy for a while. It ain't there.)

A Cornerstone of Canadian Criminal Law
In Canada – the specific clause is Section 11(d) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms:

(d) to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal

Lucky us...(no pun intended)

The presumption of innocence, an ancient tenet of Criminal Law, is actually a misnomer. According to the U.S. Supreme Court, the presumption of the innocence of a criminal defendant is best described as an assumption of innocence that is indulged in the absence of contrary evidence (Taylor v. Kentucky, 436 U.S. 478, 98 S. Ct. 1930, 56 L. Ed. 2d 468 [1978])

LOL yeah! Explain about evidence!

You're a f*cking lawyer, you should understand the basic concept of innocent until proven guilty. But here, since you asked. Although the Constitution of the United States does not cite it explicitly, presumption of innocence is widely held to follow from the 5th, 6th, and 14th amendments.

So sorry, it's not a basic tenet, it was only important enough to cover in 3 different amendments.

Took all of 3 seconds to find that, not exactly what one would call "a while".

But it's interesting to see a so-called "lawyer" argue with someone about the concept of innocent until proven guilty. I take it you were never a defense lawyer.

Donald Trump 'wants us to impeach him,' Nancy Pelosi tells Jimmy Kimmel

https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/othe...-kimmel/ar-AACcz41?li=AAggNb9&ocid=spartanntp

Not sure on what she bases her theory. She might be misreading him........as Impeachment seems to frighten him more than anything to date.........and it would be an insult to his over inflated ego. The notion of impeachment makes him enraged to an irrational degree and act out his angst... verbally. Such rage has the basis of serious FEAR. He is not stable to begin with. He has a lifetime of hiding behind crooked layers.......but with impeachment he faces total exposure......something is is terrified of. Seems they are waiting for drips and drabs of info to come out from the ongoing investigations to help build the case for Impeachment.

Each time his exposed ....even a bit he gorse nutslky on Twitter or in an impromptu press conference.

It's not really interesting, but rather amusing, to see yet another Rump-hole of the Bailey practicing law without the benefit of knowing the first thing about it.

You and Moosie should take your act on the road.
