With this place being as full of Jewish members as it is I'm surprised the term 'kosher' hasn't entered the discussion yet. I have another post that will probably take a few hours so I assume somebody can rattle off the answer before I get back.
'Company Farm produce' would be a term that is actually useful. The lower production accounts for how much if the extra cost??
Do you need a special combine?? Cleaner fuel??
Probably more additives to the soil like sheep shit and peat moss, which likely encourages more weed grow which has to be removed. However where peat moss is used, less watering would be required. I know in my garden I was getting carrots 2" in diameter and Swiss Chard 2' high and beets weighing 2 or 3 lbs. so you'd think the size of the crop would offset costs. I was also getting parsnips almost the size of my forearm. Just pulling them out of the ground took 3 men and a boy.

or HAND PICK each of the worms off the plants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tomato Worms are HUGE and easily seen and grabbed........................
but it is TIME CONSUMING ............ in the hot sun to pick them all by hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
