Another meme jocky who can't tell the difference between hitlary as SOS and figurehead Ivanka?
;)
Wow, you really are uneducated. Next you will be telling us Ivanka had Seth Rich murdered.

Say, I hear the donations to hilarity's fake charity are down 90 percent since she blew the selection
:)
That's gotta hurt. Like being a black slave traded in present day libya would hurt.

Besides, who would wear a baseball cap when there are still democrats who haven't been diagnosed yet still running around trying to vote with a gun.

Ivanka Trump used a private email account for White House business. How is it different from Hillary Clinton?

Ms Clinton served as former president Barack Obama's secretary of state between 2009 and 2013.

Before she was sworn in, she set up an email server at her New York home and used that address for all correspondence — both work related and personal — for her four years in the job.

Because of US laws , letters and emails written by federal officials are considered government records and should be retained

"While transitioning into government, after she was given an official account but until the White House provided her the same guidance they had given others who started before she did, Ms Trump sometimes used her personal account, almost always for logistics and scheduling concerning her family," he said in a statement to the Washington Post.

"Ms Trump did not create a private server in her house or office, no classified information was ever included, the account was never transferred at Trump Organisation, and no emails were ever deleted."

Judge complains he was lied to by feds in Clinton email suit

"Fed" him a weiner, eh?

So about a hundred emails Ivanka sent vs what, 33 thousand hitlary deleted while under subpoena because they were not work related, just for STARTERS?

However, after a year-long investigation, the FBI recovered more than 17,000 emails that had been deleted or otherwise not turned over to the State Department, and many of them were work-related, the FBI has said.

Lawsuit alleging Trump used his personal foundation to advance his presidential campaign can proceed, New York state judge rules

Justice Saliann Scarpulla on Friday denied a request by attorneys for President Trump to throw out a lawsuit alleging that Trump and his family violated charity laws with the management of their personal foundation. In her decision, she said it was fair for New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood to argue that Trump used his personal foundation to advance his presidential campaign.

In a statement Friday, Underwood applauded the decision, saying the Trump Foundation functioned as little more than a checkbook to serve Mr. Trumps business and political interests.

Trump was soundly defeated in his attempt to play the "I can't be prosecuted because I'm President" card.

He really needs to get some better lawyers.

How do you figure? Whether or not a sitting President can be indicted or subpoenaed is still very much an open question.

The only time the Supreme Court has ruled on this is when it said Nixon had to turn over the White House tapes. Records are a whole 'nother issue from appearance.

Here's a hint: a bunch of self-proclaimed "legal scholars" sitting around running their mouths is not binding in the United States.

.......and THAT is the problem. There should be no ambiguity about that...........in a democracy.......... There should be clear rules as to what the boundaries are for any leader. People vote them in......but should not have to wait until elections to vote out a destructive/ pathological leader. A protocol must exist for removing a president.....and the conditions must be clear. and not susceptible to manipulation.

You really don't understand much about the law, and when I explain it to you, it bounces off, so I'll quit trying.

Have a nice weekend.
Are you a lawyer?? If so; great..... we could use your expertise. Some of the issues that come up via Trump regime and statements could use serous legal scrutiny.

Well what is your take on Kavanaugh , should the hint of possible sexual misconduct prevent his elevation to the Supreme Court ?

Think first .

Should the admittance of sexual misconduct require a sitting Prime Minister to step aside ?
