Just as one can wonder how Hitler had so much impact o;n so many....... and HE too was psychiatric ally disturbed. He had a serious mood disorder.......formerly known as Manic depressive syndrome. While "HIGH" he would develop his sadistic grandiose plans..based on his own delusions.

People like Kim of NK and PUtin are not mentally disturbed........they are a product of their culture and upbringing. What they have in common with Trump is their lust for POWER

Trump has been a sociopathic manipulator all his life. His behaviour and twitter rants demonstrate his cruelty and narcissism. and sociopoathy. Not sure the third that support him are all that educated ......let a lone psychologically oriented.

yes....that factors in ..big time.BUT.......there are a lot of rich kids on the planet ........and many retain a "normalcy " psychologically with ethics . standards & human integrity that are not destructive. and even learn to do good with their wealth......for others.

All of the bullies that I have encountered in my life (and there have been many) all thought that they were quite wonderful. The old "bullies are just misunderstood poor them" nonsense just adds to their sense of entitlement. Rich, spoiled, powerful bullies raised by rich, spoiled, powerful bullies is the default form of government in our culture and we have only managed to shake them off for the last few hundred years.
