and it could get really ugly.......to sate the obvious.Their best move is to call in a mental health team for a proper and in depth evaluation of the bloke.

It is so obvious that his behavior is deranged. OR he does not know which country is is POUTS of. OR he is a Russian mole......ding Putin's bidding on the world and in the US.

A civil war is exactly what Putin would want. Trump is now the official stabilizer. Just look a t what he has done in the past week. Vulnerability follows stabilization......and then Putin can make his move.....whatever it is. Trump has been outsmarted so badly.........that it is beyond embarrassing.

...and the old borders between the CSA and USA are more-or-less where it might happen again (with the addition of a big Western chasm around California)

Maybe, the denizens of Hollywierd would rather become Canadians. We could double the population and wealth of Canada overnight!

They have more promise than the huge streak of rust that we see south of our border stretching from Maine to Minnesota. That's the has-been part if the USA that have put their faith in Trump to somehow reverse global post-industrialism.

California has a far better future than most states.
