Depends if they spout off about the 1% sharing with the poor and not be hypocritical and preach that it should be other people's money, like this appears to be

How many homes does David Suzuki own now?

David Suzuki a man of property | Toronto Sun

QMI Agency has learned that Suzuki, who’s made a name for himself fighting for the environment and against development, owns four homes, including one property he co-owns with a fossil fuels company.
His primary abode is a sprawling mansion in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver, worth approximately $8.2 million.

Gives new meaning to the term "green", don't it?

So...

If a Republican - who is part of the Make America Great Again, Jobs for Everyone party - were to do the same...

Would there be an outcry over it, too?

Just askin'.

No - since every GOP member of the US government is pretty much in the same financial category as Sanders. This was simply a weak attempt to discredit Sanders' left wing goals without stopping to think that a number of Americans who have proposed reforms in the US have come from the left.

How does the fake news story of Suzuki co-owing a home with a "fossil fuel company" get into a thread about Bernie Sanders buying a cottage?

White nationalist climate change deniers getting lazy.

Just regurgitating fake news

Nope this is an example of what I mean

She says the 80% tax shouldn't apply to her because she is just well to do and she donates to not for profit organizations, and is not rich. Same as what Sanders is preaching and if these people would practise what they preach I would have more respect for them, and possibly somewhat support their cause.

Tipping. She say tipping is philanthropic and that's how she "spreads the wealth around".

Rich people don't tip?

I guess you'd have to provide some sort of evidence that her thinking and Sanders are identical. Also she is not talking about her tax bracket, she is talking about the top 10% of the population. Tucker Carlson is an idiot. I doubt he has ever said anything that makes sense.

So what this all means is that only poor people can be real lefties.

Like only rich people can be real righties.

The righties are getting awfully tired of all you 99%ers pretending to be them.

Exactly not leading by example but preaching about other people's money

Did you actually listen to Carlson's examples? They were all red herrings intended to throw the person he was interviewing off track. She simply wasn't adept enough at dealing with ignorant BS to answer the questions in the way she should have. All she had to point out was that she wants a higher tax on the top one percent. End of discussion.

...and judging by their behavior in the past in other countries they have tyrannically ruined
;)
they also want to steal our lives too.

The trumphaters were real fans of people like pol pot.

Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge regime is known for the most extreme case of genocide in modern history. The ultra-communist regime killed teachers, intellectuals, foreigners, business owners, and almost anyone who did not adhere to the Pol Pot ideology. Nearly two thirds of Cambodia’s population was slaughtered from 1975 to 1979.

Did you actually listen to her answers? She said that the rich should hand over their money to the Gov. She does not trust the Gov. with her money. She said her and her family can't afford to hand over 80% of their earnings, but the rich can, She wouldn't cite a percentage that she could comfortably hand over that is why she gives to charity, but wouldn't say how much. She said that she tips servers which the rich don't to redistribute the wealth, where is she leading by example on handing the bulk of her money over to be used for social issues? She is advocating to use other peoples money not hers, same as the Burn Sanders.

when you need an intelligent and balanced explanation of socialism a white nationalist climate change denier is always your best bet.
