and what the hell do you 2 think will happen to the price of electricity when everyone is running electric powered cars?

Nothing. Electrical use in 1900 was minute compared to now, but as more people bought electric gadgets and electric light became the norm the production of electricity increased with demand. In fact electricity costs now are probably lower now than they were a hundred years ago when adjusted for inflation.

I'm pay $1.13 a L for name brand gas during a shut down. You?

Road tax never crossed their minds but then again neither did a blip on their EEGs.

I get mine from Costco so I always have the lowest available price. Living in Alberta also helps. But as of right now gas prices in my area range from 118.9 to 122.9.

This whole theory that e vehicles will over load the grid has been proven false over and over again.

Just the deniers do their thang.

The twilight of the internal combustion engine will see massive price increases in gasoline.

The economic viability of electric increases with every increase at the pumps.

I suspect a decline in demand will have the opposite effect. I can't see gasoline prices going up unless refineries stop making it.

It's not an answer. There was no question. It is reality though. You're as bad as the Trumpites when it comes to wishful thinking

You got the "It's not an answer." part right. As for wishful thinking why don't you actually provide some evidence for a change? Or would that be too much out of character?

In real terms America spends about $500 billion per year on gas.

Not sure how electric cars could help but be less expensive
