taxslave wants union jobs now.

Huh.

He's addicted to being a tax slave. He just can't pay enough. If he could, he would have 3 union jobs so he could pay tax on all of them.

I see the Big Oil addicts think BC should pay for Alberia's mismanagement of their resources. Have fun with your delusions of grandeur.

He is in a Union you idiots.

Small oil is bigger than Big Oil

Have a nice day and buy CO-OP gas, I loved the last bonus.

Pipeline opponents in Quebec and Ontario launch buying campaigns in support of B.C. wines

Alberta’s boycott of B.C. wines could have an unintended effect of raising sales across the rest of Canada.
Yesterday (February 7), Premier Rachel Notley announced Alberta would ban wine imports from B.C. The boycott is in response to Premier John Horgan ordering additional reviews of the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline project that will likely delay construction.
Albertans spend about $70 million a year on B.C. wines and so the boycott could really hurt West Coast vineyards. But now wine drinkers in other provinces are pledging to purchase the grapes that Albertans don’t want.
“Ottawa residents have staged a #BCwine buycott in response to Alberta Premier Rachel Notley’s announcement,” reads a 350 Canada Facebook post. “Her plan has backfired and now people across the country have been going out to buy BC wine, and posting selfies using the hashtag #toastthecoast. That’s because not only is BC wine great, but also because people across Canada respect science, Indigenous rights, our climate, and all of the local businesses that support communities from coast to coast.”

Well it seems to me if BC doesn’t want our oil, and if Montreal doesn’t want our oil.. however the USA is buying our oil.. maybe it’s time to take the plunge and join the USA as the 51st state..

Peter Zeihan says Alberta would be better off as 51st U.S. state - Calgary - CBC News

Let’s face it Alberta has closer ties to our neighbors down south, and tell me that Trump wouldn’t welcome us with open arms.. and send the US military in to support our decision.

Maybe a Trump Presidency is a good thing right now for an Alberta secession.

....and for all those idiots that say they won’t let a separation happen, well 1. if you live in Alberta you can vote, 2. if a democratic vote says yes separate, there’s not much you can say or do really..

They want to see you dead just as much as you want to see them dead.

War, indeed.

Actually as a resident of Alberta I have heard a huge spike in separatist talk since this BC thing.. and being that most of Albertans can’t stand Trudeau and are pissed off at BC and Quebec the talk is becoming more serious.

But I’m on my way back to Larado, TX right now.. so Alberta problems and weather are left behind.

However I must say if there was a vote to separate and join the USA, as much as I love Canada, for economic reasons I’d vote yes.

It would make many Albertans very wealthy to join the USA.

When I return to Canada I think I’m going to get very active in the Alberta separatist movement... put some money and TV ads togeather.. make people seriously take an interest in the idea.

You want to see alienation? Join the USA. They don't even know that you exist, couldn't care less.
They I can't even find you on a map. The problem is that Alberta's time has not come quite yet. It is a matter of reaching a critical mass of population and you will get there but not yet ... and not tomorrow, either. The 22nd century will be Alberta's.

If 29% would consider becoming their our country, if you change that to becoming part of the USA, how many would jump at the idea.

I think that 29% would easily double.

I change that to joining the United States as that is your only other option. You will not be a viable country on your own.

I agree with you there and probably why the poll is only 31% of Albertans to become a sovereign state.. that would be to expensive and silly.

However if you add a viable path to becoming the 51st state and joining a strong economic country like the USA.. then I think you would have a yes vote in Alberta that would make the rest of Canada’s head spin..

Peter Zeihan says Alberta would be better off as 51st U.S. state - Calgary - CBC News

I’m not for an independent Alberta or an Alberta as it’s own country, I’m only for an Alberta as the 51st state.

I would vote for that in a heart beat. I’m not a fan about Trump, but it’s not about Trump it’s about respect, and money.

Canada is also a strong economy. There is nothing gained by Alberta aside from "sticking it" to their neighbours.

Maybe, we should let you go. The endless whining and whinging from the richest and luckiest members of our confederation is getting really tiresome.

As I said, when I return to Canada I’m going to put my money where my mouth is and as BC continues to block Alberta make a push for Alberta to join the USA.

"You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before." - Rahm Emanuel

Advertising and web presence and get a petition for a vote, I’ll even start up a provincial party for separation and joining the USA.

Let the people of Alberta vote.

F*ck Hogan and BC.. oh and f*ck you. :p

I’m tired of Alberta being walked all over by the rest of Canada.. oh and Mayor of Montreal now live without Alberta transfer payments. Your Province and city will turn into a 3rd world banana republic just with 8 months of snow and ice.

Bazinga!!!

....and we will take Brad Wall with us. :p
