I cana hoinestly say I have never seen or even heard of anyone abusing anyone else, and I would like to think that I would have done something about it if I had.
I can remember in the military in the mid 90s they brought out a lot of this training and I remember being somewhat miffed at the assumption that I needed it.
Nobody that I served with in the military needed to be told that you didn't do this to someone.
Our parents had taught us that.
BUt apparently there was a lot of it going on - in secret - because if I or my contemporaries had known about it we would have handled the abuser right there.

I'm out their shooting.. my range is 2,500 to 3,000 metres (3KM).. I can see anyone coming long before they know I'm watching.
People go shooting on Alberta Public Lands all the time.. rangers just show up to verify you have a PAL and you're being safe.
