Fellow Conservatives: We Dumped Racist Lynn Beyak, Kellie Leitch Must Be Next

Recently, federal Conservative party leader Andrew Scheer booted controversial senator Lynn Beyak from the party caucus for refusing to take down racist comments on her (publicly funded) website. This was an appropriate and overdue punishment for the controversial senator. Andrew Scheer made a clear statement that racism would not be tolerated by the Conservative Party.

Hopefully, the next move will be made by the Simcoe-Grey Conservative riding association. It seems they will have an opportunity to nominate somebody other than repugnant MP Kellie "I have 22 letters after my name" Leitch to represent the party in the next election.

A couple things you should know about me. I am a long-standing Conservative voter. It has always surprised me that so many immigrants generally have supported the Liberal party. When I turned 18 and told my friends that I intended to vote Conservative, they all looked at me and said, "What? You're an immigrant and you're not voting Liberal?"

But here's the thing that most people don't realize about immigrants. In terms of their value systems, my personal experience is similar to this American study that suggests immigrants are more conservative, and willing to consider any political party. While there is a perception of immigrants coming to Canada to take advantage of our social welfare system, the opposite is overwhelmingly true.

Dawson said she found him guilty of violating four sections of the Conflict of Interest Act (5, 11, 12 and 21).

They don't.
Sure they do. Trudeau and Morneau are both guilty of violating federal law on more than one occasion. And neither seems to give a shit. They still have their jobs too.
So one more time here. Do you think the PM and Finance Minister should not be held to the same laws that that govern the rest of the civil service? Conflict of interest is still conflict of interest no matter who you are in govt. Unless you're a little wannabe dictator apparently.

You really are a funny little turd polisher. You created an entire thread about Roy Moore simply being accused of something inappropriate, and yet even when the only evidence against him was proved to be faked, you were still so goodam sure he was guilty.

Now, here we have the PM and FinMin of Canada found guilty of violating federal law and you're only response so far has been variations of, "Duhh, dey dint do nuffin wrong. Derrrp".
I swear, you could watch Trudeau intentionally shoot a person and claim that the victim simply got in the way of the bullet.

A FEDERAL crime no less
Actually, it's a not a crime per se. It's the laws that govern federal govt behaviour through all levels. I knew a junior civil servant who was fired under federal conflict of interest laws but never charged with actually committing a crime.
He received a non-cash gift from the CAW local after a strike resolution that he played a part in, tickets for CAW/UAW family day at a Detroit Tigers game.

Wait.

The evidence was faked against Roy Moore?

Do tell.
Um, the faked yearbook signing that supposedly proved the two were in the same place at the same time years ago. Or did CNN not mention that? I'm not surprised they wouldn't.

It's more about optics than it is about free speech or principles.

Beyak is an embarrassment drawing unwanted negative attention. Kellie Leitch was defeated in the leadership campaign. She couldn't muster much support in the voting outside of her base. She isn't news. It doesn't matter so much what either of them say.

Wonder how Cliffy feels about the once free speech Berkely handles that now.

It's shameful.
Thye are a different generation that has been subjected to far more propaganda than in the 60s. Free thought has taken a holiday in America. The sheeple have taken over the country resulting in Trump and the Trumptards.

That's mainly a misnomer. What percentage of the population are Conservatives? or Liberals? or Socialists? Probably in the single percentages! Outside of a few nut cases like Walter or Putz or Flossie most people just vote for the party or person who is the most appealing at the time.

The lazy didn't vote, that's how Trump got elected.

Or maybe because the intelligent did vote, or maybe because the honest voted! :)

Trump was elected by the rigged electoral college. Had nothing to do with who voted or not. Most of the ones that did vote for Trump were trailer trash, under educated, white supremacists.
