The guy working in the store has possibly committed criminal assault if he even touched the old man in any way while he was shaking him down. There is no allowance under any circumstances to treat other people like shit.

it was a woman. proof that you are running your mouth off again without actually reading the details in this thread.

Women can't commit assault? That's right, you're one of those rubes from Bugtussle that believes all sorts of backwards notions.

If the native guy wasn't stealing, then the guy who muscled him is a dick and deserved to get fired.

It's not really a left or right issue, it's common sense.

People in this place could turn a ripe tomato plant into a right or left issue.

Sheesh!

"Ripe?" RIPE!

You racist son of a bitch!

(Oops. . . that's probably sexist.)

just my opinion, but IF the guy was muscled it was because he refused to leave the store. he was being asked to leave the store because whether or not he was guilty of stealing, they still believed that he was placing merchandise inside merchandise....something that breaks more than a few store policies.

with that said, I see a number of extreme comments about the employee being rude, racist, and a jerk, and NOT ONE of them is supported if you actually watch the video,

I would love to condemn someone for being a racist jerk, but I guess I might be the only one here that wants to wait until there is an example of it that isn't proven BS by a video.

Fact- A lot of indians live in or near poverty
Fact- Poverty creates cause to commit crime
Logical conclusion- indians are likely to commit more crime

It isn't because of their race, it's because they're impoverished and lacking the means to remove themselves from poverty. Just don't ever speak the truth because it's racist and offensive.

Substitute "Black" for "Native" and you have the model of perceived criminality that is applied in U.S. cities. Substitute "Irish" for "Native" and you'll see the way that Canadians viewed crime a century and a half ago.

I said nothing about perceived anything. I said the logical reason indians are more likely to commit crime has NOTHING to do with their race and everything to do with their economic standing and their likelihood of changing it.

Were you to make white folks mostly poor and isolated with little hope of changing that they would be more likely to commit crime than others.

Facts are facts whether you, or anyone, find them racist or not
