This isn't a legal case of any kind. Not preponderance of the evidence. Not clear and convincing evidence. Not beyond a reasonable doubt.

Try. . . really, really TRY, for once in your life, to get this through your skull. An election is decided by the votes cast by eligible voters in the relevant jurisdiction. They may base their votes on anything they please. They may believe Roy Moore is innocent. They may believe he is guilty. They may believe his is an angel descended from heaven. They may believe he is a green, gooey Martian projecting a holographic image to make him look like an ugly old man. They do not have to state their reasons, only prove their eligibility, and cast their ballots.
You favor Moore because you don't care that he molested an underage child, a Class C felony in Alabama, and a matter for revulsion amongst decent folk. Or perhaps because you approve of molesting underage children.
