the main problem with this motion was that it tries to circumvent the three or four investigations that are going on.
f think most people are ready to impeach Trump but most people are also respectful enough of the process to wait until the investigations are completed.

There is no problem. You are either purposely stirring the pot, or are stupid.
There are no ongoing investigations to impeach Trump.
Impeachment can only be started by Congress. So, you lose.

So a whole bunch of Democratic Representatives must have voted againt the Resolution since the Republicans have only 248 Seats in the House. That's a bit of an embarrassment. No wonder Pelosi was trying to shelve the legislation.
