I am curious if this was a setup. The amount of coverage this has given this particular candidate is pretty high. Until I had seen this story I had never even heard of Mr. Singh. Of course I haven't really heard of any of the NDP candidates. The NDP seems to be the completely forgotten party in Canadian politics.

One could say this stunt worked. He was one of the no names in the race when this happened and then he became the frontrunner and winner.
