No, I've lived long enough to witness the fact that most immigrants only hold onto their native dress for the first or second generations. Almost every ethnic group in Canada dressed in their traditional clothing when they originally settled in Canada. Within a couple of generations they adopted the clothing of the majority. As a result I don't give a damn how immigrants dress now. I know they will eventually wear the same clothing as everyone else.
