That's a pretty horrible thing to say, or even think!
Things aren't going to change much in this country as long as we have the same lame duck leader. Just look at the most obvious and advertised example of squalor in this country that's inundated the news for the past three years! Do they even have potable drinking water yet or mold free domiciles? We have to get that Asshole out of Ottawa!

It was the same under every PM in Canada's history. It isn't a partisan thing, it is a cultural thing. The white Europeans who invaded this country and their descendants have done everything they can to wipe them out but somehow they persist. Genocide requires deliberate killing. Since the BC Native population has doubled between 1871 and 1971,
it is safe to say they have not been genocided.
The growth of population of white people, plus the importation of about 1 million Chinese and other "Asians" is not genocide either. It can be seen as a large population transfer, you could use population supplantation,you could use marginalization, you might use invasion, you could use an incredibly stupid idea,
but it ain't genocide.
There's not much doubt some of Cliffy's opinions are biased, however that is not a valid reason to denigrate Cliffy. To get an accurate complete answer to the situation, the birth rates of each demographic has to be taken into account and probably the mortality rates.
5000 native kids (some say 50,0000) disappeared into the residential school system never to be seen again. 90% of the population of the Americas were wiped out within the first 100 years of invasion. Children are still being stolen from their communities by the Ministries of child welfare. There has been no stop to the government interference or malice to this day. You want to get your little extinct tribe in on the land claims gravy train . yet the biggest problems in the native community is the reservation system and no private ownership of their land . I hope you are not trying to convince the world that somewhere close to 3000 violent deaths of young women doesn't equate to genocide, well OK, maybe mass murder would be technically more correct but no less heinous!
