Were these "Right Honourable" Members of Parliament (including that black guy standing up, who is David Lammy, the Labour MP for Tottenham who also wants the EU referendum result overturned) holding such a meeting to discuss whether or not the President of China - who curtails the human rights of his people - should have a State Visit to Britain in 2015?

No, of course they weren't.

What a bunch of hypocrites.

I'm sure that Her Majesty is relieved to not being used as a photo prop by this guy.

Trump is having a State Visit to the UK and he will meet the Queen, who is mother admired very much. Get used to it.

The Queen is probably privately appalled to this used as a prop to legitimize this con man.
OR she will deal with him like she deals with other political scumbags that come to Buckingham Palace for dins. TOLERATE him politely and allow her class and graciousness show up the non class boorish , unsophisticated idiot for what he is. ( and arrange for a total palace fumigation right after he leaves.)Rember this lady is a pro at this stuff.when it comes to class and dignity.she is the real deal. She makes the likes of Trump and his model wife wanna be's that they are) Something about the UGLY Americans comes to mind.

Vernon, B.C.
They will look at him as being just another loudmouth, ignorant colonial.

People like that give North Americans a bad name.

Probably not if they paid attention!

Donald Trump should not be allowed to speak in UK parliament, says Speaker

Government sources describe John Bercow’s comments about US president as ‘hugely political and out of line’

Donald Trump would not be welcome to address parliament during his state visit, the Commons Speaker, John Bercow, has said in an unprecedented intervention that drew applause and cheers from MPs.

Bercow, whose role is non-political, said he could not block a state visit by the US president but would use his role as one of the three “key-holders” of Westminster Hall to prevent the Republican from addressing MPs and peers.
He said he had been particularly persuaded by what he termed Trump’s “migrant ban”, the executive order signed during the president’s first fortnight that sought to prevent nationals from seven Muslim-majority countries entering the US, including refugees.

Should we be suppressing freedom of speech?
