If they want to fit in (I doubt that they do) they should drop the banking part and go from there all the way to the point whet they get the same amount that they represent. If you are 1% of the worlds population that entitles you to 1% of the goodies that are available. Don't hold your breath waiting for them to conclude that concept is 'fair'.
