You mean you don't share my Canadian values? We'd better agre on something soon otherwise Leitch won't know what questions to include in the test.
What about maple syrup?
Oh, yes! It's a great sex toy, too!

Nobody ever did tell me, after repeated questioning, what exactly "Canadian values" are. Hockey and poutine? Toques and flannel? The superiority of whites?

So a canadian loses their $22/hr, 40 hr/week job at the factory and has to work for $10/hr, 20 hr/week at Timmies isn't taking money away. Then someone in China gets to make $10/week for working 70 hr/week and the corporations get to pocket the extra profits which isn't giving that money to someone else. In return for this deal we get to buy lesser quality products for more than they are worth since there is no local competition we can afford to support on the greatly reduced income.Free trade does not take money from anyone to give to anyone.
I don't mind allowing foreigners to attend school here if they go through the legal process to do so and are not taking a spot away from a Canadian, but that isn't labour. I also do not mind them coming here to work if they follow the legal process, are not filling a spot a Canadian wants and guarantee they will not accept lesser wages than the Canadian standard for that job.As for immigration, it depends on the details. But if we adopt open labour-market agreements whereby anyone can come to Canada to attend school, work, or do business, then if anything, he's contributing. He's spending his own money on Canada's education industry, or working or doing business and paying taxes on his profits to the governmnet. If anything, he would now be giving the fruits of his labour to Canada instead of another government.
Trump want to temporarily halt Muslim immigration until the ISIS/ME problem is solved. He also doesn't want to keep the 'spics' out...he wants to keep the ILLEGAL 'spics' out. At least post the facts instead of bullsh*t rhetoric you copied from left-wing liberal media who wanted Killary to win. However, in Trump's case, it's not all about economics. For him, ust of it just has to do with keeping the 'spics' and the 'muzzies' out for its own sake.

Don't take my word for it.
Is Donald Trump Conservative? Here's the Rundown - Breitbart
"Rush Limbaugh said that Trump’s attacks on Cruz reflected the fact that he was not a “genuine conservative.” Mark Levin said in 2011, “Trump is NOT the real deal… He is not a conservative. He was happy to donate to Schumer, Weiner & Emanuel campaigns last year. He was pro-choice recently and now claims to be pro-life. He sounds more and more like Ross Perot.” Andrew Breitbart said at the time, “Of course he’s not a conservative. He was for Nancy Pelosi before he was against Nancy Pelosi.”"
Rush no less!
ah, the press that predicted lefty hillary would win by a landslide?
I'm saying the Chinese labour laws, or lack of them, allow the worker to be highly exploited having to work many more hours to earn in a week what westerners earn in a day or even in an hour. They are also usually in indentured servitude situations so basically slaves. For allowing corporations who operate in our country to advantage themselves of what is basically a slave labour force to increase their profits we in return get to have lower paying jobs, a lower standard of living and a market full of lesser quality products. To be clear. I have nothing against a personal wealth tax.
That said, why do you fear the free market? Are you saying that Chinese workers are more dilligent than ours, that our workers just can't handle the free market and so need the government to hold their hands and protect them from the big baddie outside worldie?
Most who won't have to pay a specific tax don't mind the government imposing it.To be clear. I have nothing against a personal wealth tax.
Yup and it was Yank expats that stopped them.
It's true.
Trump's social policies are authoritative and his economic policies show no desire to accommodate a free market.
That's as far left as you can go.
Other than his stance on immigration his social ideals are more libertarian than anything.
