A conservative would approach Ford (and companies like them) and ask them what is required to operate successfully within the country and try to create the climate needed (if at all possible). A conservative politician would be smart enough to know that the country can't do everything and it doesn't make economic sense to build electronics and shoes (for example) when it can be done far cheaper elsewhere. A conservative politician would never slap the cars, electronics and shoes with a tariff, thereby making these products more expensive for the population he's serving. A conservative politician would never say "I will look after you" A conservative politician would create an environment where people can look after themselves. Trump is a lefty. It's clear to see. It's just not easy to admit for the Trumpites because to do so would suggest that there was another reason to support him (hint: it starts with an R and rhymes with bassist)
