Should entrapment ever be an excuse?

Well, I think entrapment is much like an AA organizer putting a drink in front of an alcoholic that doesn't drink. It is an azzhole thing to do.

BUT once it has happened, going to the next AA meetING might be the best thing to do.

Huh?
Did you see them?
How many were there?
Which way were they going?
I must find them,
I am their leader.

And...no, not me either.
I know who
Thanks for sharing ,I agree
If one is leading they should once in a while do a shoulder check to see if anyone is following,
Thanks for common thinking

Entrapment is encouragement of someone to commit a crime by a law enforcement official. It should always result in dismissal of the charges. True entrapment would mean the person would not have committed the crime without influence of the law enforcement.
