When I fry chicken , fish or shrimp I like to take lays potato chips, pound it into crumbs and combine it with my seasoned flour as the coating. Makes the chicken, fish or shrimp extra crispy and golden brown.

Not too many things better than fried shrimp.

I very rarely eat potato chips. Here's why.

For several years I worked in an industry that crushed rock. Crusher dust would get
everywhere. Crusher dust pulls moisture out of things. A potato chip that hits the
floor and sits there in/on crusher dust for a couple of hours would blow you away.
You wouldn't believe just how much oil is in a single potato chip....

On that note, the above tip actually does sound pretty darn good though.

Yeah . Quite a bit of oil in the chips no doubt. Not a good idea to eat greasy foods every day.

This is a good alternate. No salt or oil.

I've seen crushed up chips as casserole toppers but never occurred to me to try that. I prefer crushed corn flakes, especially if you mix in red pepper flakes and/or cayenne, gives a nice mix of sweet and heat.

I also use them in burgers and meatloaf, Ludlow.

Throw some planters deep roasted peanuts or almonds in the coffee grinder, just a little at a time or they will be peanut butter instead of powder
mix with smoked paprika and batter or add to whatever batter

Anywhere smoked would work like salmon etc

My cofee grinder get lots of xtra duty grinding stuff like that
( you should see what come off a red hair in there...woop woop woop)

I spoon coconut oil into me everyday. Raw sweetpotato' nuts and berries , don't eat it unless it's right from the dirt
