this is unbelievable, all the same people trashing each other as are on the other thread, I love

the Olympics, watch all kinds of events, but I will find some other place to discuss this,

certainly not here, this is just 'same ole same ole', in fact I'm going to join a different

board altogether. I found an excellent one for hockey, no crap at all, sure some differences

of opinion, but done in a mature intelligent manner, I wonder if there is one for Olympics

that will be like 'grown ups', see ya, I won't be back.

nice stereotype.
It's the truth, chronic liars and drunks to boot.
Story Sinks: US Swimmer Lochte Lied About Robbery to Hide ‘Drunken’ Vandalism
Brazilian authorities have maintained that the story did not add up and, on Thursday, it was reported that Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz confessed to police that the story had been fabricated.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, one police official told the Associated Press that the group of swimmers — Lochte, Conger, Bentz and Feigen — stopped at a gas station in Barra da Tijuca around 6:00 AM. One of the swimmers had attempted to open the door to an outside bathroom, but failed. The group of the swimmers then broke the door down and were confronted by an armed security guard

About 25% of the Canadian population is made up of visible minorities, so it only follows that about 25% of Canadian Olympic medal winners should be won by visible minorities.

But what do we have, so far only one visible minority has won an Olympic medal and all other medal winners have been won by Caucasians.

So just what are our whining visible minority's doing anyways, maybe it's time they stop whining about racism and discrimination and start carrying their fair share of the load to contribute to Canada!!
Shut the **** up.

nice stereotype.
You're a stereotype

Lochte is a disgrace, Brasil should demand his deportation back to the country and bringing back the death penalty should be discussed.

Apart from Cricket awards Blighters are the biggest blowhards!

I think you'll pretty much find those types anywhere you go.

Yep, but sadly he got outbolted! :)

He won SILVER, JLM.............that is no small accomplishment. I expected nothing more or less in this race. This was Usain's race all the way and I cheered when I heard that he won.........what a fantastic way to say goodbye. Andre beat out the fastest runners in the world save one............and that one was going to win - nothing was going to stop him. Good on Andre we will see much of him in the future. And farewell to a great champion and a fine man.

In his interview after the race De Grasse, when asked to reflect on what happened, said something like "he (Bolt) got out ahead of me and I couldn't catch him.. that's pretty much what happened."

I love it when someone is straight up without glossing it over with baloney.
