You would have to cover both versions and the one we are operating under is the flawed one, that is why you will never get an honest answer to your question. Limit profit to 3% or 5% and make all employees the main shareholders and the other one would be the bank that generated loans when needed.

It is but we have the ability to make corporate cooperations. We have had the ability to make them for a long time. And it still hasen't happened. That tells me it won't happen.
The reason cooperations don't work is its in its fundamental lack of motivated people to see it through.

Co-ops are full of motivated people and they do work. Some work and some don't though. I know this from personal experience. Do you really think that employee-owned cooperatives would be an improvement on capitalism?
