Sometimes you have to learn the hard way.

Still not simple enough, you lose most of them halfway.

If you want to explain the Liberal budget to an 18 year old you tell him we are into the NEW ETHICS - that it's perfectly OK to borrow money when you know full well there is little to no chance of every repaying it. You tell him it's no longer permissible to go w/o sh*t because you can't afford it. We are embarking on a very sad era & it ain't likely to improve!

Whatever you think Gerry is fine by me.:)
How come every time we hear on the news about the debt load of the average Canadian, it's always worse than the previous report? You just carry on whistling past the grave yard! :) :)

The sky would have fallen a long time ago if credit, essential put into effect to save it from doing it hasen't been put in place

It temporarily fixed a system that hasen't been working for most of us for a while now. How long will that last?

When 62 people own as much wealth as the bottom half of the world, I can't really agree our current system works for most humans. I'd expect some of them to fight back eventually. The same as when slaves eventually did with its system.

Hmph- you think it's bad now - wait until interest rates go up to 7 or 8% or higher! Then the sh*t will hit the fan! :) :) (Mind you, these ridiculous house prices will plummet)

That's called balance. Mind you I would much rather see the owner make a few bucks than some bankster making a whole lot of bucks.

A whole lot of people will end up living in their cars.

I don't think the system can sustain that. I don't think the rich will want to purposely destroy their own wealth by doing that.

A whole lot of people will end up living in their cars.

A lot of people will end up living in their parents basements. Oh wait a minute we already are at that point.
