Keep going Trudeau you'll piss off some UNEMPLOYED Alberta Red Neck with a gun enough that you'll be just a spot on the cement.

.... and that day I'll be cheering.

Hopefully during a Selfie shot so we can see the look on his stupid face.

BOOMer-tard It's time for those Alberta Red Necks to go where the jobs are

Are you going to explain what's wrong with the existing science?

While you're at it, maybe you could hurry up on the transition plan you said existed, too.

Hey, can you check the plumbing in my house? I need an FN to make sure the plumber with 25 years experience did it to FN standards.

He doesn't realize hot and cold expansion and shrinking is already part of the engineering. I doubt pipeline companies will be hiring Spanish builders to be pipelines like ON Govt does for bridges.

Pipelines must be the most energy efficient and therefore the "greenest" means of moving petroleum and gas. They will probably acquit themselves rather well, if an objective measure is the outcome that the testers have in mind.

The answer was the same as before.

Harper's political moves are what prevented Keystone XL and that was because he didn't allow enough environmental oversight.

That was already stated.

It's Harper's fault Obama was in the pocket of the railroads, tanker car glitterati and Statoil?

Actually if you would like to see healthy people and business then you would also want to make sure these pipelines pass the test.

It shouldn't be difficult since they're sooooooo safe to begin with.

It isn't the pipelines they want to test dummy. It is the touchy feely thingy about burning or selling that terrible Alberta oil. Meanwhile the same clods are OK with imported oil from third world countries cause it is only Canadian oil that will produce GHG.

this has been one of my biggest bitches ,this being the neglect for monitoring and maintaining anything oil,
people have to know lack of monitoring and willfull neglecting goes on for years and years,
albertans do not want to return to such horrible circumstances,
good bye whiskey and water syndrome.

been in the sauce again,
don't forget your dental appointment,or to make it if anything.

the National Energy Board has a history of a "***** board?"
do i have stories,including
the National Energy board was aware Albertans homes were burning down, and never intervened for safety measures,
is this news new,not really,
the National Energy Board were right in the middle of circumstances surrounding Karman Willis's death.
Canadians should not believe they are anything else but a "***** board".

You do realize you are being had every time they add more pseudoscrutiny. Saying they adding things which already exist is mere subterfuge to appease the simple minded who would never know otherwise.

How does it feel? Good?

Denis sounds a lot like Broomer. Since we can't be sure we aren't bringing in a terrorist, we shouldn't be allowing Syrians in. I'm somewhat surprised you would support that type of chicken little thinking.

Never said I did.

I mean, I certainly think anyone in oil right now is probably considering a move, but that's due to geopolitical factors that warrant a change, not because of Denis backyard.
