Jurors reached the verdicts after six days of deliberations.
Forcillo, 32, had pleaded not guilty to both charges at the start of his trial which began in Toronto on Oct. 20.
Forcillo is in the court with his wife. There were few empty seats in courtroom, with police officers, lawyers and the head of the police union in attendance. Yatim's mother and his best friend are also in the courtroom.
