It happens so frequently it is pretty much like it only happens in the USA.
Security? You guys have security in places like this? The residents are dis-abled. I realize that it's a big place but security in a facility such as that, why would they need security? I know - today happened but has it ever happened in such a place before?

Well, their population is about 10 times what ours is, so when you are listening to the news one would get the impression that most of the killing happens in the U.S. Maybe it's so bad in Mexico it's not reported so much. But of course we do have our share in Canada per capita!

Actually it does happen in other countries, but with rare exceptions almost all of them are disfunctional developing countries. The US is the only developed nation with such a horrific rate of gun deaths.
