"Ooooo, let's pretend that Trudeau won with a near 50% majority so we can delude ourselves while insisting he does indeed speak for the majority of Canadians."1 in 2 Canadians would vote Liberal if an election were held tomorrow.

But don't worry, you still have time to remove your blinders. There's still time for you to be outraged when Trudeau ultimately abuses his majority to shove unpopular legislation through. You'll have plenty of opportunity to decry him and complain that he doesn't speak for the majority of Canadians.
