Maybe there should be a sudden unannounced change of venue to these meetings Trudeau will be attending, places surrounded by a wide moat.

Inside or outside the stadium?

Wasn't there so I dunno for sure. Local news station reported it two hours ago and did not show any live reporters at the scene. The rest of the news largely dealt with the death of philanthropist Bruce Dayton and the local high school football championships.

The clip I saw the players paused and continued the game for a bit. If these savages were in the stands the soccer field would have been showered with body parts.

I'll take your word for it as that clip was not shown on local tv. which said people ran up into the roof of the stadium to escape shooting or bombing.

Avivim School bus bombing, May 22, 1970

Nablus school bus bombing- April 29, 2001.

Netanya school bombing- May 30, 2001

Those were suicide bomber attacks. Then there've been the numerous rocket attacks on school buses. The most recent one on October 22 of this year but it failed.

If you google "Palestinian suicide attacks" you'll see that not one single target was a military target. I know I know, you'll argue that the targets that the IDF hit were civilian areas but the fact that Hamas uses public buildings and areas to stage attacks, set up command centers and for weapons and ammo stores, by their own actions they make those places legitimate military targets.
It's curious how bombing those places is "a war crime" but using them for military purposes is perfectly acceptable apparently. It's certainly not worthy of condemnation by the perpetually outraged.

Hmm, when Israel slaughters innocent civilians, it's because of Hamas. If only Hamas didn't use public places Israel wouldn't have to massacre thousands of innocents..

When Hamas or other Palestinians retaliate against a foreign occupation it's because they're barbaric subhumans, gotcha , Typical fascist mentality.

Before you go expending all kinds of emotional energy on the Paris attacks, I would like you all to take a deep breath and think about this for a few minutes. Russia has been kicking the west's proxy army in Syria, ISIS. ISIS was trained, financed and supplied by the US and Israel, France and Britain. Now why would they attack France? If anything, they would be attacking Russia. The US, the religious right wing of the Republicans have been spoiling to start WW111 since Ronny Raygun was elected by mobilizing the "Moral Majority". With Russia in Syria, the scene has been set for Armageddon as written in the bible. The religious right can taste it and they are getting tired of waiting for their god to get the ball rolling. These attacks on Paris are a false flag to get people upset enough to scream "unleash the dogs of war". They are counting on the collective amnesia of the general public to forget the fact that the US has not gone to war in the last 200 years without a false flag operation to get the people behind their war plans. After spending hours on Faceplant and the forums I haunt, I have come to see that the majority of people are falling head first into this trap. I will not, I cannot stay silent on this matter. Millions are going to die if people do not wake up to the fact that this is all being staged to create and emotional upheaval so that logic will not get in the way of their plans. Please, I implore you all, do not get sucked into this. The rich will only ever get richer and the poor will get dead if people don't wake up to this travesty. No More War! Do not support this and try to talk people, especially our young people from joining up to become cannon fodder for the ruling elite. Pray on this. Let Love be your guide.

From what I can gather, they've killed all the bastards involved in THIS massacre. How many are about to get imported by Dec. 31?

What?

I'm just trying to figure out the reason for it being a recurring place.

It must be because of Stephen Harper or the Conservatives.

I have a better idea. Instead of putting boots on the ground or senselessly bombing, let's find the source of this radicalism, the recruiters, the religious zealots and kill them.

explain the difference
Seriously? One is the love of one's country. Some might call it "nationalism".
Jingoism is the extremist form of patriotism. Basically it's patriotism in the form of aggressive foreign policy. It also refers to bias when judging one's own country as superior to others.

Let me demonstrate: "I love Canada", is patriotism.
"Canada is the best damn country in the entire f*cking world and every other country sucks monkey a$$ yeeeehaaaaaw", is jingoism. Often a sentiment spoken about America, by Americans who ironically have never set foot outside of the US.

When morons like you make excuses, you embolden the terrorist. They milk your stupidity for every drop and solidify their campaign to recruit and brainwash more killers of children and innocents. In Paris, kids attending a rock n roll concert were murdered, Paris is a country of art and culture and freedom. The monsters you so quickly label victims are attacking every facet of our culture.

I'll bet £500 that the perpetrators were some of those Syrian "refugees", the same ones that Labour's Yvette Cooper wants ten families of in every British town and city. Haven't I been saying all along that most of these "refugees" are young, male members of ISIS?

We are now starting to see the results of our Lefty establishments admitting these "refugees" into our countries.

I suppose when a woman get's raped, that's her fault too.

She's partially to blame if she's walking down the street on her own at night wearing something like a boob tube and a mini skirt.

But I can't see how France is to blame for these Muslim terror attacks. If France is fighting ISIS in the Middle East then that's good. It'll definitely be taking the fight to them now.

Explosion can be heard at the Stade de France during France's 2-0 friendly win over world champions Germany. The explosion killed three people and it seems as thought the Muslims were trying to assassinate Hollande, who was inside the stadium watching the match. Many fans just cheered as it went off, thinking it was just a firecracker, a common occurrence at matches in Continental Europe.

After the match, fans gathered on the Stade de France pitch, unable to leave the stadium.

When the fans were finally able to leave the stadium, the French fans sans La Marsellaise.

After the match, the France and Germany players appeared to watch the events unfold on a TV screen in the tunnel. The Germany team had to stay at the stadium - which is due to host the final of Euro2016 on July 10th - overnight before they could depart straight for the city's Charles de Gaulle airport this morning.

Meanwhile, Germany coach Joachim Low has admitted his side were 'scared' ahead of last night's friendly with France due to an earlier bomb threat in the capital.

'We are all in shock,' said Germany coach Low post-match. 'The game and the goals move into the background on a day like this.'We were told in the changing rooms what had happened. All of us on the bench were a bit scared because of a bomb threat earlier today when we spent three hours outside (our hotel).'

Earlier on Friday, the German national football team had been evacuated from their hotel in Paris due to a bomb threat; an anonymous caller phoned in the threat at 9:50 am on Friday morning.

Police with sniffer dogs went on site to check for potential explosives and a security perimeter was established around the hotel.

An explosion at the Stade de France during the match left three people dead and several more injured.

England, who played Spain last night in a friendly in Alicante, are due to play France in a friendly at Wembley on Tuesday night, but it's not yet clear if that match will still go ahead.

Paris attacks: Hollande blames Islamic State for 'act of war'

The near-simultaneous attacks in Paris that killed at least 127 people were an "act of war" organised by the Islamic State (IS) militant group, says France's President Francois Hollande.

He said the attacks, carried out by eight gunmen and suicide bombers, were "organised and planned from outside".

The targets included bars, restaurants, a concert and a high-profile football match. IS claimed the attacks.

Mr Hollande has declared three days of national mourning.

He has raised the security threat level to its highest point, declared a nationwide state of emergency and vowed to wage a "merciless" fight against terrorists.

This is the deadliest peacetime attack in France and the worst in Europe since the 2004 Madrid bombings. At least 180 people were wounded, 80 of whom are in a critical condition.

So the death toll could still increase greatly.

Over half the deaths so far have occurred in the Bataclan concert hall, where a crowd were watching a Californian band called Eagles of Death Metal.
