Ignorance really shines out of all your posts doesn't it?? Amazing...... you can be offensive in all areas, I have encountered sexist, agist, racist and cultural bigots, but never all in one person. I guess a bigot is a bigot and some are simply too intellectually challenged to know better.

A Canadian is a Canadian and describing the differences between us can be done quite nicely without being offensive.

I would rather deal with a bigot than someone who is all PC about everything. At least you know the bigot isn't lying or pretending to be something they aren't.

Ah in Boomers case you are dealing with both!! He is PC AND a bigot!!

He is a Conservative which in his case is the complete opposite of Politically correct!! And there is a big difference being a bigot and politically correct, because bigotry goes hand in hand with hatred.

so what are your thoughts on traffic circles?

I'd like to see some effort made to let people know they need to STILL signal. Seems circles cause people to forget how to drive.

Nothing as far as I know. We had one on our corner up until just over a year ago. they've turned it and another on my route to work into round abouts. Nobody seems to know how to work them. They stop in the middle when you approach, nobody uses their turn signal and some people insist on not going around and cutting through. It seems to be great driving apptitude test though.

Hey Boomer. You on the 401? We should have a coffee.

On the 20 in PQ... what's the deal with the coffee.. actually I don't drink coffee, coke cola is my caffeine source.

Met a couple of really nice Quebecers today that had car problems and was able to get to started and down the road.. very little English, but they in a jam after running though a pool of water.

The hardest thing about a round about is explaining you have to turn right into a curve turning left....

Did I say that right ... er ... correct ... er ... fugget it

You use your turn signals exactly the same way as you would a 4 way stop except you don't stop you just continue through / round.
