Are those ALL the facts? Somehow I have my doubts! :)

Not even close. Those are just unsubstantiated statements that could support his case if true.

Does anyone know when CBC became a political party? There are signs scattered around in various yards saying"I support CBC" And are taxpayers paying for it in the huge amount of funds squandered by CBC each and every year. Also can a crown corp become a political party and solicit votes. More importantly can a crown corp that is soliciting votes be depended on to report fairly on politics?

To be quite frank, I do support the C.B.C. for one - it's Canadian content and for two- fairly reliable source of news. The only aspect of C.B.C. I don't support is the radio coverage of alternative sexual orientations ad infinitum. Most of this stuff is O.K. once or twice but I'd guess a daily dose is too much for 95% of the audience.

Really?
I'm not sure I would be comfortable with "Bell Media" et al, as my sole source of news in Canada.
Of course Steve is a great proponent of corporations and by that fact I think we need the CBC.
Besides, the CBC isn't soliciting votes nor is it a political party. The signs are those of citizens
showing their confidence in the CBC. Can't you tell the difference?

Who is paying for those signs?

I feel very positive that the Harper Cons will have the same fate as the Cameron Cons of the UK had in May of this year.

You haven't been listening or paying attention.

Oh, I think I have- I've heard a few vague complaints but the other side of the coin is, he is constrained by a budget and if he does knuckle under to one complaint that just sets a precedent for a thousand more. Everyone wants more of stuff except taxes. You can't suck and blow at the same time. :) :) :) :)

Some days it’s hard to know who's up and who's down in #elxn42-- the most interesting campaign in my memory...

Was not expecting this...

When you think about it for a minute, it's not at all surprising. Jr. being half French has obviously made substantial gains in Quebec at the expense of the only party who holds the majority of the seats. Not rocket science. So long Dippers!

Nanos poll right . Lower liberal score by 15 % and raise conservative score by the same .

Ekos, Forum and Mainstreet are getting similar results.

Aggregates show a Conservative minority right now and they will need a huge boost to get anywhere near a majority.
