Change is in the air in Conservative Alberta and opposition parties stand to gain

How about the really important ones?
Economy
Eliminating Public debt
Employment
Eliminating Red Tape

It would be nice if one of the parties were concerned about those things. I know conservative supporters like to pretend the Conservatives do but history shows otherwise

I am concerned about these things. That is why I sometimes vote conservative. IF I think the local candidate might need the votes. Otherwise I vote for the Pirate party as a means of voicing disapproval with the whole bunch of them. Our Pirate candidate last time was the only one at the all candidates meeting that told the truth. Said if they win they would rob the taxpayer blind just because.

erm, I think this is wishful thinking on the part of whoever wrote the editorial at CBC. Thats no big deal, though. Lots of people bias in favour their wishes.

The Alberta election shift was even more wishful but yes I agree there will not be any sweeping changes.

It said as much in the article if you'd have bothered to read it.

We worry too much about the economy.

We have all lived very comfortable lives for the last 75 years.

I'm concerned about them. That's why I vote Wild Rose provincially. Federally, none of the big three have any credibility in my eyes. Not that it really matters. The local Conservative will win in a landslide

Yeah, there's this relatively new thing out there called "globalization". Once upon a time, US corporations provided Canadians with lots of good paying jobs because they had to have a presence here in order to sell their products. The auto industry was a prime example. They employed tens of thousands of Canadians for decades. These days foreign manufacturers are not obligated to employ one single Canadian in order to sell their products here. Hell, the fact that the middle class is shrinking while the lower class is growing and has been for a while now is indicative that our economy isn't really doing all that great.

My point is that even the lower class is enjoying a high standard of living.

Countries worldwide will soon be rid of poverty and this is after the 'worst economic crisis' of all time.

It's fear mongering by conbots.
