Hyper restrictive? Roflmfao.... Ya, ok.
Yeah. Can't show collarbones? That's hyper-restrictive.

I guess I can't expect a Canadian to really grasp how hot it gets in Kentucky in late August/early September.

You go, gerry! Protect them boys from lustful thoughts!

Now if they made a dress code that only applied to overweight females, that would be offensive.

and the difference between her wearing a vneck t instead of the one she is wearing would be what, when it comes to how hot it get's in Kentucky?

Nah, that'd be a blessing!

Many a truth has been said in jest.... so it really doesn't surprise me that you would say this.

I have no idea how a county school is run but locally if sh-t like this were to happen parents would flood a school board meeting and kybosh it.

That is, if it was a new dress code. This doesn't sound like it's new. The girls parents could have, even pleading ignorance about the dress code, gone to the board or a PAC meeting and addressed the situation. Instead, they decide to shame the school and board right off the bat. Then again, why not when they have support from the bleeding hearts like TB who thinks any perceived slight is a monumental, world ending problem.

11 years the code has been in existence. More than a decade to petition for change. This is just showboating for attention.

You're kidding, right? You live in CANADA, and you don't understand the difference in the body-heat "chimney" of a larger opening in the collar and a smaller opening?

It's ok TB.... no need to continue to show your arrogant ignorance.

But it'd take a team of psychologists and psychiatrists a decade to even make a start on the terrors that inhabit your mind.

That's ok TB..... calm down..... you are far far away from the scary Christian Canadian, no need to worry your empty little head.

Same to you, cher. I'm not gonna bring my great big ol' Murkan gun to terrify you anytime soon. I figure the world as it is provides you with plenty of terror.

Sorry, your needle di ck over compensation syndrome doesn't scare me one iota. I know there are lots of you americans that think that you ARE the greatest, bar none. I have never bought into that and have known for many many years that that attitude is the only thing you have to make yourself feel good.

It's the same with this article, on both sides. On the school side you have some twat that has the need to control everything in everyway and on the other side you have those that look for offence at every corner.

Not trying to scare you. And here's the important part: this girl isn't trying to scare you either. She's concerned about a local rule in her school in her county.

The kind of terror that can cause somebody living in another country to get all riled about this is almost incomprehensible.

To summarize: it ain't your school, it ain't your county, it ain't your state, it ain't your country, nothing about this, however it goes, is going to have a discernable impact on your life.

But don't let that stop you from squealing like a stuck pig now, hear?

Now where did I see this same sentiment..... Oh ya, I said the same basic thing a page or so ago.

what I see, is people that have no plow to pull telling others what they should and should not allow. Neither you, or anyone else on this board goes to that school, or lives in that town. It is not your place to tell them what the dress code should be in their school. It is up to those that attend and send their kids to decide.

amazing, init.

And yet you can't get over running your mouth about it.

Sad, really, but the terrified have to lash out. Again and again and again. It makes them feel like they're protected.

Very good. the first step in rectifying a problem, is admitting that there is a problem. Nice to see you admit you have a problem.
