BREAKING: FREDDIE GRAY ALLEGEDLY HAD SPINE SURGERY JUST ONE WEEK BEFORE ARREST

UPDATE: More information has serviced, and a story will be released at 6 PM EST Wednesday that blows the Freddie Gray settlement/surgery/car accident story WIDE open

CONFIRMED: Court records show Freddie Gray was receiving a structured settlement from Allstate Insurance and attempted to convert it into one lump sum in early March

———————————————————————————————————————————–

EXCLUSIVE: The Fourth Estate has been told that Freddie Gray’s life-ending injuries to his spine may have possibly been the result of spinal and neck surgery that he allegedly received a week before he was arrested, not from rough excessively rough treatment or abuse from police.

The Fourth Estate has contacted sources who allege that Freddie Gray received spinal and neck surgery a week before we was arrested, and was allegedly receiving a large structured settlement from Allstate Insurance. The surgery is allegedly related to a car accident in which Gray was involved.

Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.

If this is true, then it is possible that Gray’s spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs.

The structured settlement from Allstate and Gray’s attempt to convert it into one lump sum payment has been confirmed by Howard County Circuit Court Records.

It is reasonable to believe that the injuries Gray suffered after the arrest were not related to the police’s treatment of him at all. Spinal and neck surgery is a large ordeal, and doctors advise weeks of bed rest and taking it easy in order to not rupture the patient’s recently fused spine.

If this is true, Freddy Gray decided to go out and ended up getting in a scuffle with the police instead of healing properly. The police didn’t mistreat him at all; he mistreated himself.

Don't know if the story is BS, but it's Interesting..

Let's just hope they disappear for the duration and the only uniforms they ever wear again is black and white and orange for dress.:)

Maybe they should change the venue for the trial- Virginia (a very short distance away) has the death penalty!

Translation: "I would bet" means "nobody has said it or even suggested it, but I'm sure it's true, so I'll put the words in somebody else's mouth, and just to make sure I can't be disproven, I'll leave it nice and vague."

You can't try Maryland state crimes in Virginia. No jurisdiction.

Have you followed the thread T? LOL
Carefully. That's how I know nobody ever said what you're "betting" they think.

Great day. Big step toward justice in Baltimore, and a new welfare recipient born in Engerland!

Life is good.

That would require a First Degree Murder charge and I don't think that any of them have been charged with that.

That would imply that they PLANNED to pick up a black guy and beat him to death.

Then again, ...

Why would they have him buckled in, they had him handcuffed, hog tied and laying face down on the floor on his side of the compartment.

The fella (convict) on the other side stated; "the ride was smooth and NOT a rough ride."

A CNN commentary lay down on the floor and showed it was impossible to move around in that position.

we have to see first what actually happened:

  • was there a rough ride
for sure he wasn't buckled in and he was already injured when they placed him in the van...he kept asking for medical assistance

if the cop driving didn't know what was taking place in the back it could change things because his charges are most serious and they said they may be trying to flip him

we'll see how this plays out

That would require a First Degree Murder charge and I don't think that any of them have been charged with that.

yeah, then again...the bunch of them are proven liars as they said he was carrying a switch blade, plus there was zero reason to arrest him. They got one of the wives or friends to "imply" things about Freddy in an interview in which her face was covered...it's your basic 'plant some ideas out there and let the gullible and agenda ridden have something to grab on to and run with'

Why would they have him buckled in, they had him handcuffed, hog tied and laying face down on the floor on his side of the compartment.

What it's like being held inside a police van - CNN Video
why would they buckle him in?...at first I thought you were being facetious...they would buckle him in because it's the law and mandatory procedure and they are supposed to be professionals and adhere to the law...he had already indicated he was having trouble breathing...anyone who knows anything about medical which as cops they would, should never place a person who can't breathe face down adding further pressure to his lungs, if you couldn't breath you'd lunging around too...no one seems to have clued into that yet...if you are panicking due to air shortage you are going to be thrashing about not all calm...it's survival...

and those vans have a bolt close to the floor his head was injured by the bolt which would indicate he was moving about whether in a panic due to lack of oxygen or just because he was attempting to get himself upright.
