'The budget will balance itself' which basically leads to 'why do you need a budget?', that in turn begs the question, 'do we need multiple levels of gubmint?' let alone such a sizable gvt.

Makes perfect sense actually, but you need the heads of state to agree.
For the record, it's extremely rare for two democratic states to wage war against each other.
Historically, liberal democracies are what have healed the world.

A poll is a snapshot in time that is all. The fact is the economy the Tories said
they saved is not turning out that way. Secondly people are not happy with the
current state of affairs and when the voters get restless its up in the air for all.
I think the Tories are on the edge of minority or worse. At the present time I do
believe they are on the way out. Pensions, Seniors, Veterans, and the working
folks are ot pleased The pension for vets came too late for one thing.
