Well, technically CM hasn't said that he disagrees with Harper, just that he disagrees with me who disagrees with Trudeau. Since he seems to agree with Trudeau, one could easily assume he disagrees with Harper as those two never agree on anything. It's really hard to tell for sure though because capt is nothing more than a troll and they flip flops so much it's often hard to figure out what they actually believe, if anything.
