LOL - if I believed all that collection of rhetorical copywork, I would be paranoid too.

You set it down kindly - good man. I would have done less.

Need coffee now desperately!

Do you need "carrying out now?"

This is a bit off topic but I wonder why you have to join the U.N. to do good in our world.

Do you feel that your own community would not be just as suitable as a start in your humanitarian efforts?

I find the poverty level and addictions are third world right in my own back yard - and don't need to wear a uniform and travel the globe to find the need for help.

You seem starstruck by the beautiful blue headgear.

Agreed.

Except for the part about the blue headgear. There is no doubt that some Canadian problems, especially the Aboriginal situation in Canada is third world. I have gone to Aboriginal meetings and organizations where they have discussed how to fix the problem and have participated as well.

It's hard I admit. We have problems in Canada that we want to help fix, but there are also problems out in the world that are broadcast to us everyday that you want to fix as well.

Maybe I could do both!

Who knows, I'm still young, I'm still grappling with the question, but I would very much like to help out UNICEF, and because I'm apart of the military, also take part in ending wars. So, we'll have to see.

Best of good fortune to you in your dreams of what you wish to do with your life - it all sounds good and no doubt you will reap the benefits of helping others.

It is one of the finest callings there is for us.

There is also a never ending need for help all over our planet.

2006?
Iran's role in helping Iraq get rid of ISIS would seem to be more current.
Didn't Israel take up the 'Iran is bad' mantra after they kicked the US out in 1979? If one slacks off the other side picks up steam. I'm also quite sure if they could attack Iran and win they would have done so already. If this Rabbi's view are 'main-stream then the alliance will fold as Israel needs a strong country instead of one that is folding like a 4-card flush. They haven't been badmouthing Russia and Russia would be the one power that could keep them 'safe' will doing the off=shore NG development as well as Gaza reconstruction.
The past may be useful in predicting the future but Israel goes with the flow, like rejoining the UN Human rights body while Canada who was a member quit in support of Israel and now they are the only ones not attending those meetings and looking like the idiots we are.

Yes Chulo, they aren't a threat. They could have built and used good old fadhioned uranium bombs like the extremely simple to build and deliver bomb used on Hiroshima. One can be built in a high school shop class. They are super easy to build.

I'm thinking some people are spending way to much time behind the monitor and need to get outside for a breath of fresh air to clean out the cobwebs..
